About the Brand
MollyJWilk Pastry is a brand created by French pastry chef and teacher Molly Wilkinson. Originally from Dallas, Texas, she packed her bags and moved to Paris to go to Le Cordon Bleu in 2013. Fast forward and she now lives and teaches pastry classes in Versailles (and online!) and has recently published a cookbook, French Pastry Made Simple.
